SB Realtors needed a bilingual platform that could showcase hundreds of premium properties while integrating directly with their internal CRM system. The site had to serve both English-speaking international buyers and Spanish-speaking local clients with a seamless experience.
Custom CRM Integration
Built a full REST API bridge between the Laravel CRM and the public-facing website. Property listings, pricing, availability, and agent contacts are all synced in real time, with no manual updates needed by the team.
Multilingual Architecture
Implemented full i18n support across Spanish, English, and French. URL structure, meta tags, and content blocks all respect locale, giving the site a strong SEO footprint in all three languages.
Result
The platform became the primary digital sales channel for the agency, reducing inquiry-to-contact time and giving agents a centralized tool for managing listings and leads.
